Perfect getaway for 2\. The name of the cottage honors the local area of Grapetown\. Crossing thru a cedar privacy screen takes you to this native stone cottage crafted by a local artisan and features antique doors with layers of turquoise, exposed wood\.

The living area has TV / DirecTV, a leather loveseat, dinette and stocked kitchen\. There are beautiful views from in and out\. A copper heating grate and a transom window are featured\.

Charcoal grill, fire pit, hot tub to go with your wine\!

Lush pastures, stocked ponds, and the serenity of beautiful miniature Hereford grazing in the sun all about 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg\. A luxury retreat from the world with every amenity complemented by old\-world charm\. From the moment you pull up to the private gate, you are welcomed into a working ranch featuring a small herd of miniature Hereford cattle, ducks, and two stocked ponds on 40 acres of Texas countryside – all ready for you to enjoy\.
