Primary Suite: King bed, large en suite bathroom, located upstairs
Second King: Also upstairs, this King bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well
Queen Suite: Located on the main floor, en suite bathroom
Guest Room: Queen bed upstairs
Guest House: Private suite with queen bed, plus 3 bunks for kids \(kids only please in the bunks\), the apartment is detached from the main house, over the garage\. 
Please note, the garage itself is not for guest use\.

Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and guest house\. Guests do not have access to the garage\.

Neighborhood:
Located in St\. Simons Pier Village district \- this area serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and other activities\. Nearby there is a lighthouse, playground and picnic areas\.  St\. Simons Lighthouse and Museum is close by as well as Neptune Park\. Neptune Park features an ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater\.

Transit:
You will need a vehicle to navigate the island\. Golf cart rentals are also extremely popular\. We have plenty of parking available for both\!

There are security cameras covering the full exterior of the home\. This includes the front and backyard\. There are no security cameras on the inside of the home\. 
No pets\.

No smoking/vaping inside or outside the home\.
