With two comfy king sized beds, one queen, a tranquil garden room, pool table room, and cozy living room\. Located across from an elementary school and part of the Historic Monteith District Tour, this home is a beautiful testament of quality construction and elegance brought back to life\. This listing comprises the entire main floor and top floor of home\. Please note there is a basement unit \(with a separate entrance\) that may be rented out during your stay\. For all guests' comfort we do set quiet hours between 10am and 7am\. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy\. Within Albany's downtown district, you can enjoy the Antique mall, tons of shops, restaurants, museum, live theaters, and the beautiful Historical Carousel and Museum\. Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre\-approval, just so we’re all on the same page\. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations\. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs\. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully\! Thank you\! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: \~️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side\-eye ya\. \~ No pets in the bedrooms\. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur\-free\. \~️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents\. Trust us, they do happen\! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use\. \~ No pet baths in the tub\. That spa day is for humans only\. \~ Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance\. \~ No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated\. \~ Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word\. \~ Please scoop the poop\. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning\. There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs \(capped at $180 per month\), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis\- please inquire\.
