Welcome to the Jade Getaway,  located in the historic district of downtown Wilmington\. Built in 1915 and fully renovated this year with a completely unique design element\. This spacious studio has a beautiful open floor plan\. You will be in walking distance of lots of restaurants, antique shops, and coffee houses\. If you’re interested in visiting the beach, it’s only a short 20 minute drive to Carolina Beach or Wrighstville Beach\.
