Unwind on the shore, then cool off in our sparkling private pool back home\. Craving friendly competition? Challenge your crew to table tennis or foosball in our large game room \- fun for all ages\! Perfect for families, friends, or a solo escape, The Lookout offers everything for your unforgettable Jamaica Beach getaway\!

\~	WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter\! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 \- March 1\. 

\~	Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas

\~	Beach access: Less than a 2 minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point\. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach\.

\~	Private pool: This home has a private in\-ground pool in the backyard\. 

\~	Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool \(open Memorial Day thru Labor Day \- $5 per person\) and city park\.

\~	Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available\! Ask us for details and rates\.

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\. 

\~	Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet\. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors\.  

\~	Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 10 guests must be approved prior to booking\.

\~	Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway\.

The Lookout offers ample space for families or groups to spread out and relax\.  The expansive ground floor game room, complete with a comfy sectional sofa and a whopping three sets of full\-over\-queen bunk beds, is perfect for movie nights, board games, or friendly foosball tournaments\.

Head upstairs to the open\-concept living area on the second floor, where the inviting living room, complete with a Smart TV, seamlessly flows into the well\-equipped kitchen with ample counter space for whipping up delicious meals\.  The large dining table ensures everyone can gather comfortably for shared meals and laughter\.  Two well\-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen\-sized bed and a full\-over\-full bunk bed, are conveniently located on this floor\.

Ascend to the third floor to find a room with two full\-sized sleeper sofas, ideal for additional guests\.  Another bedroom on this floor boasts a luxurious king\-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, offering a tranquil space to unwind\.  Step out onto the third\-floor balcony and take in the views, or relax and soak up the sun on the spacious second\-floor deck\.  After a day of fun at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool in the backyard – the perfect way to end a perfect beach day\!

\~	Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee\.

\~	Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home\. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip\.
