There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay\. \- Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival\. \- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\. \- No RV or Trailer parking\. \- Home is on the main channel of the lake with year around water access; however, the TVA controls the lake level, so there are times when the water level does not float to dock\. Pictures reflect the lake on and off\-season\. Safe use of the water slide is dependent upon water levels and is generally closed for the season in mid\-September\. \- Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal and gas for the water slide pump\. \- Bring your boat\! There is ample parking space for your boat trailer and a shared dock to launch from within a few minutes of the house\.
