Just a short drive to the Convention Center, Snow Play, the Lake, Village and more\! The perfect year round getaway for family and friends\!

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1000\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 1\.5 bath\. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed\. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed and trundle bed\. Living room has a sleeper sofa\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games and card games\. Relax near the cozy fireplace\. Washer dryer available\.\.

OUTDOORS \- Hot tub, outdoor furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit\. Enjoy a spacious front deck and fully fenced back yard perfect for your furry friend to run around in\! The owner has also provided a shed with bikes, snow sleds, horseshoes, and cornhole\. We ask that you kindly put away these items when not in use\. 

PARKING \- 2 car driveway\.

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund\. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night \(1 small dog only\) 
Check in after 4 pm
