The space is a studio apartment, with the living area/bedroom/kitchen all combined into one room\.  Towards the back of the unit you will find the closet and bathroom\!

The entire studio apartment is yours to utilize and enjoy\.

Victorian Village is one of the quietest, safest & most centrally located neighborhoods in town\.  Covered with a beautiful canopy of old trees and directly adjacent to The Ohio State University, it additionally shares borders with Grandview, the Short North & Downtown\.  The corners of King Ave/Neil Ave and King Ave/5th Ave are home to a few excellent dining and entertainment options\.  The Bottle Shop has cocktails, cheap drinks and a large patio\.  Across the street is Juniors Bar & Grille, where you can find incredible food, music & comedy\.  Katalinas is also a short skip away, which houses some of the best breakfast in town\!
