\~	Beach access: The home is less than a minute walk from the community beach access point\! Cars and golf carts are also allowed to park on the beach\. 

\~	Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool \(open Memorial Day thru Labor Day \- $5 per person\) and city park\.

\~	Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available\! Ask us for details and rates\.

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\. 

\~	Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet\. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors\.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible, catering to groups of various sizes\. One room features a king\-size bed, another a queen, and a third offers a full\-over\-full bunk bed with a twin trundle for additional sleeping space\. The fourth room is a haven for kids or larger groups, with two sets of triple twin bunks, offering a total of 6 twin beds\. Two full bathrooms keep mornings running smoothly in this home\.

Head outside and breathe in the fresh air on the spacious front porch, where stunning Gulf views greet you\.  After a day of beach adventures, unwind in the downstairs screen room\. This covered space is perfect for shared meals, board games, or simply relaxing with loved ones while enjoying the coastal breeze\.
