When you walk through the open floor plan on the first level living space, you are greeted with custom furnishings, an upscale wet bar outfitted with an ice machine for freshly made ice that is perfect for the evening cocktail hour or loading cooler for a day at the beach, a next level fully outfitted kitchen with all the extras and an island that you will gather around to talk about your day on the private beach in this gated oasis \- The Dunes \- plus a welcoming dining area and the ultimate luxury main bedroom suite complete with a private double shower and water closet\.  

The second level boasts four bedrooms and two upscale bathrooms with privacy for all\. Watch the sunrise from the bonus PERCH deck, which overlooks the undeveloped national park beach to the right, a resort\-style swimming pool to the left, and the sugar sand beach straight ahead\. As a bonus, one of the bedrooms is perfect for the kids or grandkids, with bunks and room to play\. You’ll find that no detail has been missed\. 
As a bonus, there is an outdoor private shower for washing off after a fun\-filled day at the private beach which is just a two\-minute walk away and a BBQ to grill and chill every evening while roasting the day's catch\.
