Location Details
There are a bunch of things to do when you stay at The Raisin\. The home is located only one mile from the grocery store and several dining options in the Reynolds community of East Asheville and a short two\-minute drive from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway\. Asheville's numerous attractions are only moments away, including the Biltmore Estate and the River Arts District\. Just around the bend, the Blue Ridge Parkway provides a journey to see the best of the mountains whether you're hiking, biking, or driving\. Close enough to downtown to enjoy an Uber or food delivery, this location also offers easy, paved access to both I\-240 and I\-40\. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Asheville and is approximately 9\-minute driving distance from downtown Asheville\.
