This modern, luxurious and charming gambrel\-style cabin is set up with everything you need for a comfortable getaway\! The Rock House is the perfect cabin for family and friends\. Conveniently located within a short walk to Big Bear Snow Play, Big Bear Speedway, and Oktoberfest\!

LIVING SPACE \- Cozy 1000\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a decorative electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 2 bath\. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath\. Second bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, smart TV\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Granite countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\. 

AMENITIES \- Board games and card games\. Smart TV's, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, and movie collection\. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer\. 

OUTDOORS \- Patio, patio furniture, gas barbecue, and fenced yard\.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund\.
