## Description
Welcome to the Sandbox located conveniently between the north and south beaches of the Outer Banks, designated Beach vacation of the year 2025 by Southern Living magazine\.  Across the street from the ocean providing gorgeous views and access at the end of the block\.  Walkable to the famous Jolly Roger restaurant and bar with karaoke\. Target and a movie theater are at your back door\.  Close to the Wright Bros\. museum, mini golf, go carts, fishing piers and too many wonderful restaurants to list\.  Take a break from the sun in the heated pool \(heated w/fee\), enjoy grilled meals under the shady awning, unwind in the hot tub and take a hot shower in the outdoor enclosed shower\. The yard is completely fenced for your fur babies\.  1st floor has bumper pool/poker table and foosball as well as laundry and a full bath\.  2nd floor has 2 ocean view Q rooms \(one with en suite\) and a bunk room for the kids and another full bath\.  There is a back deck overlooking the pool area and seating to enjoy gorgeous sunsets\.  3rd floor provides living room with gas fireplace, dining area, and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops\.  There is a K bedroom and bath on this level, as well as a screened porch and sun deck with lovely ocean views\.
