Enjoy a partial view of the ocean from the windows of the second floor master bedroom\! A large open kitchen/dining/living area layout with tile flooring allows for easy entertaining and gatherings\. Well\-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals\. The living area comes with all the comforts of home with plush furnishings and a TV for your enjoyment; continue throughout the home and you will find inviting and open bedrooms with a TV in each as well\. Exterior amenities include covered porches to relax on, an outdoor shower, a 7x16 private pool, and ample parking for four vehicles\.  Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet\-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced\.
