Units at Palm Breeze Apartment Suites are heated and cooled using an HVAC system called a PTAC\. You have likely seen this same system used in hotels, and are through wall units that are sized to heat and cool the entire apartment without duct work running to every space\. We do provide a ceiling fan for the bedroom but please note, the HVAC PTAC unit is located in the living room and does not have a direct duct or feed to the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom\.
