ABOUT THE HOME: This elegant coastal retreat offers modern finishes with an open floor plan, including a gourmet kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar, a hand\-crafted dining table that seats ten, and a large living room space\. There are two king rooms with ensuite bathrooms, one on each level\. The upstairs king ensuite includes a private patio with a swinging daybed and rockers\. Both the queen ensuite and a bunk room have private access to a porch\. Outdoor entertaining areas can on the first level feature a screened\-in porch, large porch swings and deck with plenty of room for grilling and dining al fresco\.\*\*\* PROMINENCE POOL NOW HEATED October & November AND March & AprilABOUT THE AREA: Prominence South is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park\. In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill \(formerly the Hub\), a family hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which streams major sporting events, movies as well as features live music on their very own stage\.BEACH ACCESS: Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence\. There is an entry fee of $3 per vehicle \(2 to 8 passengers\) or $2 per pedestrian, bicyclist, and extra passengers\. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five\-to\-ten minute walk\. Beach service is not provided here\.Walton Dunes: located 2\.5 miles from the Prominence area, Walton Dunes is an easily accessible beach entrance\! Unlike Deer Lake, there are no stairs/ramps and you can walk right up to the beach\. You take a left at Lakewood Drive and follow the curve until you see the parking lot for cars/golf carts\. Beach service is the only amenity provided\.Santa Clara: located 3\.5 miles away and is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season\.
