We highly recommend 4x4 and high clearance vehicles for parking at this rental home, as the property does not have a paved driveway\. The condition of the parking area can change quickly, causing sand accumulation and potential vehicle damage \(either sand\-blasting or vehicles becoming stuck\)\. Village Realty is not responsible for any towing costs or damage to a vehicle, and cannot guarantee the condition of the parking area\.

Things to Know
Due to the proximity to beach sand dunes, a four\-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for parking at this property\. The outside shower is not enclosed\. The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day\. Availability is subject to change at the discretion of the HOA\. Pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
