The Seasons at Keystone is a new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone\. The living area features beautiful wooded views, a gas fireplace, and radiant floor heating\. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and new appliances\. The breakfast bar seats four\. The bathroom is just off the main living area and features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination\. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries\. There is a private laundry area off of the kitchen\. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, lots of light, and an en suite bathroom\. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed as well as a twin over twin bunk and flat screen TV\. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the private outdoor hot tub that offers beautiful views\! The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax\. The Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including a hot tub, steam room, and grills\. The Seasons at Keystone is about a 10 minute walk to Keystone Lake on a meandering paved bike path\. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning \($1,000 for a house party, see below\)\. If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non\-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non\-compliance fines\. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay\. If there is a party in this condo \(as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction\) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean\-up and replacement for damaged items\.
