\- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival\.

\- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\.

\- No RV or Trailer parking\.

\- The driveway is steep, so use caution when driving or parking\. The house number is 2335\.

• We charge a $75 pet fee per pet\. Also, pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left at the property alone\.
