On occasion, we may get a request to show the property during your stay\. We will provide a 24\-hour notice and make every attempt not to disturb or inconvenience you during your vacation\. • The Setai Hotel charges a daily resort fee of $285 \(plus tax\) per day\. This will be paid directly to the Setai upon check\-in\. For all stays 30 nights or longer, the amount per night is $115 \(plus tax\)\. • The Setai Hotel requires a valid credit card to be placed on file upon arrival\. Check in will not be allowed until it is provided\. The hotel has a mandatory $300 per day authorization for incidentals that will be authorized to the card provided\. • A sofa bed is available on request for $90 \(plus tax\)\. • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate\. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets\. Dogs are subject to approval\. If permitted, there will be a non\-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required\. No other pet type is allowed\. Residence owners retain the right of refusal\. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee\. • Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom\. Checkout is 11AM\. • The residence is equipped with sensitive, sensor\-operated blinds\. Guests are strictly prohibited from placing any objects \(including furniture, décor, or luggage\) directly beneath the blinds, as this may interfere with the sensors and cause damage\.
