Bedroom one has a queen bed with a TV, and bedroom two has two single beds\. Ceiling fans are provided in both bedrooms, and chairs on the balcony make it a perfect spot to relax and take in the views\.Amenities & Features:\- Captain’s Villas community amenities: swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor grills, and private beach access \(short walk to access located between 1067 & 1069 OBW\)\.Included with Weekly Rentals:\- Bed linens \(beds in bedrooms only\) and towels provided for weekly rentalsRules & Restrictions:\- RVs, boats, trailers, golf carts, electric motor vehicles, and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot\.\- Renters may not invite guests to use Captain’s Villas amenities; these are reserved for renters staying at Captain’s Villas only\.Pool: Open May 1st through October 31st \(subject to change\)
