This apartment can be accessed without the use of stairs from the ramp on Washington Street and directly to the elevator\. This is important if you are have mobility issues after a medical procedure\.


\~\~PARKING\~\~

We provide 1 complimentary parking space per reservation, which is a rare perk in this area\. The parking area is located on the 3rd floor of the garage building connected to the building\.

\*\*\*However, please be aware that the garage is not renovated and has its limitations\. It's secure and regularly used by residents, though not well maintained given the age of the structure\.

There are only stairs \(no elevators\), so we recommend loading and unloading luggage at the entrance, For those who prefer, paid parking is available across the street at Lincoln Square\.

Please read our check in and parking guide carefully for detailed instructions after booking\.

Our guests will have access to the following areas:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed \+ TV
Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds \+ TV
Living Room: Couch \+ Two chairs \+ TV
Gym: Open 6 am to 11 pm daily

The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay\. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee\.

For longer\-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels\. Soap and toiletries \(shampoo, conditioner, and body wash\) can be refreshed as needed\. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests\.

Other things to note

\*\*\*NOTE: The Apartment is on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms face the street so you may experience some street noise\.

Prior to check\-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement\.

The Apartment is not suitable for Infants \(under 2\): We would love to welcome your entire family including your little ones\.

Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby\-proofed and we don’t have baby\-specific furniture \(crib, changing table\)\. If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay\.

There is an ATM in the lobby and a 24\-hour security desk\.

Please remember this is a non\-smoking building and apartment\. Please do not smoke\.

Prior to check\-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement\.

We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans\. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc\. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook\.
