This listing incorporates two 2\-bedroom, 1\-bathroom units and a lit rooftop terrace with skyline views, and another half\-bath on the top floor\. The ground level and concrete parking area are being rented by a local business\.

GUEST ACCESS:
We have a designated parking area directly in front the building and an overflow gravel lot located to the left as well\. The left door behind the building is the primary access point, unless you are also renting the downstairs event space; in which case, you are welcome to use any exterior door\. We have a system of smartlocks on all entryways, so there's no need to worry about losing keys during your stay\! You will receive a custom door code within 72 hours of your stay\. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies that you can contact via phone, email, or direct messaging\.
