Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Sugarloaf, this bright and refreshing cabin is perfect for your Big Bear getaway\. Walking distance to local parks, bars and hiking trails\. Just a short drive to Snow Play, the Convention Center, ski resorts, the Village, and more\! Perfect for families or a small group of friends\. 

LIVING SPACE \- Cozy 800 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 1 bath\. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed\. Upstairs bedroom/loft has a king bed, two queen beds, a twin bed, and TV\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove/ oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi\. Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\. 

OUTDOORS \- Gas barbecue and picnic table\. Enjoy the front deck or spacious fully fenced backyard\! Outdoor activities include cornhole\.
