Welcome to The Townes at Barefoot \#5208, a stunning brand new property located in Barefoot Resort\! This spacious townhome, fondly known as the Owner's Caddyshack, is perfectly suited for golf groups and family vacations\. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel right at home and ready to unwind during your North Myrtle Beach getaway\.

The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favorite meals\. With ample counter space and seating, it's a perfect spot to gather and enjoy culinary delights\. The kitchen overlooks the inviting living area, complete with a large flat\-screen TV for sports enthusiasts or those seeking relaxation\. Step out onto the patio, furnished with plenty of seating, where you can savor your favorite cocktails or indulge in morning coffee\. The garage has been transformed into a fun\-filled space, featuring a putting green for practicing your golf skills and a bar area where you can watch games and enjoy a beer with friends\. On the third level, there is a fourth bedroom with 2 bunk beds featuring a queen on the bottom, a full on the top, and an additional twin bed\. This level also includes another full bathroom for your convenience\.

Barefoot Resort boasts of four championship golf courses, and our team can assist you in arranging tee times with the Golf Masters\. As a guest of this property, you'll have access to the North Tower pool, the largest pool in South Carolina, which also features a spacious hot tub\. Please note that a pool pass is required for access\. During the summer season, a complimentary shuttle service is available, offering convenient transportation to the beach or Barefoot Landing\. The shuttle runs every hour, and we will provide you with a schedule indicating pickup times\.

Barefoot Landing, located just across the Waterway, offers a multitude of attractions for your enjoyment\.
