The main living level features an inviting open\-concept living and dining area alongside a well appointed kitchen suited for everyday meals and vacation cooking\. A king bedroom with ensuite bath is also located on this floor, along with a full laundry room and convenient half bath\. For added privacy, a covered breezeway leads to a separate king primary suite with its own full bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat within the home\. A stop on the third floor will bring you to a spacious king bedroom highlighted by plentiful windows and light, and a private covered balcony with views of the gulf\.
