The second bedroom offers a California King bed, while the third bedroom includes two full beds\. Bathrooms are conveniently located on every level:  two upstairs, a powder room on the main floor, and a full bathroom in the basement\.  

On the lower level, the fully finished basement provides a second hangout space with a large sectional sofa \(with pull\-out sofa bed\), TV, and with a separate double bed for additional guests\.
