The living area is a cozy space where the sofa bed easily transforms into a queen\-sized bed, perfect for extra guests\. Unwind with your favorite shows on the TV, or step directly onto the porch for some fresh air\. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator with an ice maker, toaster, blender, and standard coffee maker, ensures that meal prep is a breeze\. The dining area seats four, making it easy to enjoy meals together\. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of an in\-unit washer and dryer\. The first bedroom features a queen\-sized bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a single vanity sink\. The second bedroom also includes a queen\-sized bed, TV, and wardrobe closet, with the second bathroom located just off the bedroom\. This bathroom includes a combination tub/shower and a single vanity sink, ideally situated near the laundry area\.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests\. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods\. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion\. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom\.
