Welcome to The Village at Blue Mountain Beach 413, located in a gated complex directly off Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach\. Conveniently situated within walking distance to beach shops and local restaurants, and just a short drive to your nearest beach access\! 

When you return from the beach head to the beautiful complex pool\. Surrounding the pool, you'll find several loungers and tables as well as the fitness center\.  Once you've burned off those calories, don't forget to check out Blue Mountain Creamery\. The best ice cream in the area\!

You can sleep up to 7 guests comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo\. The master includes a king bed and private bathroom with shower\.  The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed, and easy access to the shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo\.  The sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen bed should you need to sleep another 2 guests\.
