You will have ample parking, a private office with an ergonomic chair, direct Ethernet internet, a cozy queen bed and an extra\-large twin, a fully equipped kitchen, and easy key code entry\. It includes laundry facilities and is U\-haul/box truck friendly, ensuring convenience no matter how you travel\. 
Traveling with other friends, family, or co\-workers that want to be nearby but with their own space? Check to see if the next door unit called "The Retro" is available\! We also have 2 more similar units in the same neighborhood called "The Explorer" and "The Garden"\.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules\. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time \(unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance\)\. Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay\. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules\. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry\. This unit is not pet friendly\. The garage is not included and locked off from guest use\. No Smoking \- minimum $250 fine\.

DUPLEX \| The property is considered multi\-family, meaning that there is a unit located next door sharing a common wall\. So far, there haven't been any issues with noise or privacy, but it may affect your expectations and stay\.

EXTRA PARKING \| We have a 40’ paved driveway and gravel parking that can accommodate 3 additional cars\. We have been able to accommodate many trucks and U\-haul, with advanced notice\. Trailers, Uhauls, RVs, and van lifers should be able to fit\. We do not have any hookups, dumps, or other RV amenities\.
