This stunning home features expansive living areas that open onto graceful wrap\-around verandas, a private swimming pool, and inviting outdoor dining and lounge spaces—perfect for embracing the peaceful island lifestyle of Eleuthera\. The ground floor showcases a beautifully appointed great room and dining area, decorated with refined simplicity\. The large, modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a custom\-designed island, ideal for entertaining\. There is also a guest powder room on this level, as well as a separate utility room, outfitted with a large capacity washer and dryer\. Yellow House offers four comfortable bedrooms in total\. The ground floor bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon advanced request, along with a full en\-suite bathroom\. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms: two with king beds and one with two double beds plus a twin day bed\. Guests can expect a restful night’s sleep, with all beds dressed in plush duvets and luxury hotel\-quality linens\. Each bedroom includes its own en\-suite bathroom complete with shower amenities\. One king bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, while the other two upstairs bedrooms share a balcony with views of lush, landscaped gardens\.
