Recent upgrades include a newly painted exterior in modern coastal colors, brand‑new quartz kitchen countertops, and all back decks and steps rebuilt with durable Trex composite for a cleaner, safer, and more polished outdoor experience\.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen that makes meal preparation easy, ample seating in the living room for gathering, and TVs in every bedroom so guests can unwind with their favorite shows\. Outside, guests can enjoy hot summer days in the private fenced‑in pool area with a furnished patio, or relax on cooler evenings in the hot tub tucked beneath the home for added privacy\.

Additional conveniences include parking for four vehicles, with motorcycles and trailers permitted\. This home is also pet‑friendly\. Please review the Pet Policy, which is strictly enforced for all applicable properties\.
