Tidewater 505 is a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo on the 5th floor\.  This cozy \(650 sq ft\) condo can accommodate up to 6 guests and provide you with gorgeous views of the sandy white beaches and Gulf of Mexico\!

Tidewater 505 is a low stress, low density, gated entry complex located near everything fun and delicious in Orange Beach\!  Marinas, spas, boutiques, putt putt golf and arcades, restaurants and live music all within minutes\.  Only a 5\-minute drive to the famous Flor\-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley\.

As you enter Tidewater 505, the one bedroom is immediately to your right\.  This bedroom features a queen\-sized bed, wall mounted flat screen tv, closet and direct access to the shared bathroom\.  This bathroom has a tub/shower combo\.  In the hallway, there are built\-in twin sized bunk beds\.  There is also a washer dryer combo for added convenience\.  Continuing inside, you have a full kitchen stocked with all of the needed essentials to prepare a meal should you decide to stay in\.  There is a table with seating for three and additional seating for three at the bar\.  Enjoy your meals while taking in the stunning views through the sliding glass doors\.  In the living room area, there is comfortable seating \(sleeper sofa\) for down time to watch the flat screen tv\.  Or step out onto your private balcony, featuring a table with seating for four, and breathe in the fresh salt air while listening to the waves crash along the shoreline\.
