Description:
This three\-bedroom, 1,360 sq ft home is located just off Beaver Drive, home is close to Circle 11 and not far from SHARC and the Village at Sunriver\. The plaid and wood touches throughout the Kitchen, Living room, and Dining room gives this home the rustic, forest vibe that you can only hope to have from a Sunriver vacation home\. 

Bedroom 1:
This home has two primary bedrooms\. The first Master bedroom has a King\-sized bed and a standard TV\. 

Bedroom 2:
The next primary bedroom also has a King size bed and a wall\-mounted, flat\-screen TV\. 

Bedroom 3:
The last bedroom houses a Pyramid style Bunk bed\.

Things to Know:
This home sits near the train tracks\.  It is a freight train with no schedule so it's never known when it will come through\.

Recreation Plus \(SHARC\) Passes: 
This home includes 6  Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf\.

> This cozy, well\-maintained home is perfectly situated for biking to the Village, Fort Rock Park and SHARC, and offers comfortable beds, a well\-equipped kitchen, family\- and pet\-friendly amenities, and plenty of bikes for exploring\. Overall the stay is relaxing and homey with responsive staff to assist when needed; occasional issues with hot tub availability and listing clarity have occurred but generally did not overshadow the comfortable, convenient experience\.
