This newly constructed, luxurious three bedroom unit is situated in the vibrant center of downtown Winter Park\.  The Timber Fox offers a splendid view from its private patio, overlooking the Winter Park Ski Resort and the adjacent forested landscape, making it an ideal location to unwind, savor morning coffee and utilize the BBQ grill\.
The primary open\-concept layout features hardwood floors and expansive windows that invite abundant Colorado sunlight into the space\.  The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that accommodates four\. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a large table and additional seating for up to six\.
