Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this home offers views of the 18 fairway, while being not too far from the center of Town for conveniences, or a short ride or walk to Eagle Lodge\! This three story townhouse offers a private 2 car garage with EV charger, laundry room, large expansive deck with private hot tub and outdoor seating and BBQ grill\. The floorplan allows social gatherings and is perfect for a large family gathering\. On the entry level of the home is the living room with wood burning fireplace, large flatscreen TV with cable TV\. A dining room that can seat up to 8 with additional bar seating for 4\. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers stone counters, top of the line stainless appliances, a wine fridge and everything needed to prepare meals\.
