## Description
This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr\. Philips center, Amway arena and Lake Eola\. Publix is across the street\. There is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker\. The TV has Netflix and amazon prime\. 
The unit is private with separate entrance\.

The house is old so it has a few quirks but you can’t beat the location\. 
This is a small unit inside a home with a private entrance\. You have a private bedroom and bathroom\. The unit is about 100 square feet\. It is ideal for a couple or 1 person for a short stay\. There is a mini fridge in the room, and coffee pot\. There is plenty of room on the porch to hang out if you need more space and there's great people watching\.
You may hear outside noise as it’s in the front of the house\.

Parking is free for one car\. Early check in and out is extra\.

Publix is nearby as well as tons of restaurants, cafes, shops and night life\. This place is in the heart of downtown Orlando\. 
Universal studios is about a 20\-25 min drive and Disney is about a half hour\.
Please note you are in a downtown city area please be aware of your surroundings\.
Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area\. There's also the sunrail\. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis\.
Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time\.

Rental agreement needs to be e\-signed before check in & ID submitted for security\. Info will not be shared\. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking\.
