Welcome to your perfect Sunriver getaway\! This 4\-bedroom, 3\.5\-bathroom vacation home is designed for relaxation and fun, offering plenty of space for large families and groups\.

Step into the vaulted\-ceiling living room, where natural light pours in, creating a warm, inviting space to unwind\. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or cozy up by the fireplace after a day of adventure\.

The updated kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals and offers a seamless flow into the adjacent dining area\. You'll find this the perfect gathering place for home\-cooked feasts\.

With a reverse\-living layout, you'll find an ensuite king bedroom with a private bathroom on the main level, while the remaining three bedrooms are downstairs, providing privacy and comfort for everyone\. Bedroom one features a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three holds a pyramid bunk bed\. There is a bonus sleeping/office area with workspace and a futon off of the primary bedroom\. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV\.

Through the garage is an additional bonus room with two bunk beds, built\-in sleeping pads, TV, and DVD player\. Please note: this room does not heat well, may be too cold for sleeping in the winter\.
