The reverse\-living layout places the main gathering spaces upstairs, where vaulted ceilings and natural light create an open and welcoming atmosphere\. Settle in by the gas fireplace after a day outdoors, stream a favorite show on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy the slower pace that comes with a Sunriver stay\.

The updated kitchen flows naturally into the dining area, making it easy to prepare meals without stepping away from the conversation\. Whether you are serving breakfast before a bike ride or gathering for dinner at the end of the day, the space is well suited for shared meals and time together\.

Through the garage, an additional bonus room includes two bunk beds, built\-in sleeping pads, a TV, and DVD player\. Please note that this room does not heat well and may be too cold for comfortable sleeping during the winter months\.

A Note About Air Conditioning
