Warm and inviting, this thoughtfully furnished Sunriver home has the feeling of a cozy cabin in the woods, with updated features like hardwood floors and granite countertops\. Downstairs air\-conditioning keeps the home cool during the day, while a gas river\-rock fireplace in the living room will keep you cozy when watching the big game or a movie on the 55" Smart TV with home theater system in the living room\. 

The kitchen with granite counters and flattop range is stocked with everything you'll need to host a dinner party, though in the summertime you might opt for a casual BBQ out on the deck\. A large gas grill, bench seating and private hot tub makes this large, wrap\-around deck a favorite feature of 11 Todd\. 

There are two guest bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main floor\. One bedroom has a Queen bed and 46" Flat Screen TV, and the other has a Twin Bunk bed, desk and TV\.

The upper level features a bedroom with a comfortable King bed, 40" Flat Screen TV, vaulted ceilings, private balcony and attached bathroom\.

Exploring Sunriver will be a breeze riding one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home\.
