NOTICE: Please be advised that a concrete restoration project will take place from early April through to November or early December \(timeline subject to change\)\. Guests may experience construction noise and debris during working hours \(typically weekdays, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, subject to change\)\. The pool and hot tub are expected to be closed for large portions of the project duration\. We appreciate your understanding while these improvements are underway\.

The complex is situated 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions\. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo & the Outlet malls are easy day trips\. The Orlando International Airport is 45 miles away\.
