Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 111\. This nicely appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a fabulous overview of our colorful tropical grounds with the Gulf of Mexico shimmering in the distance\.  With an updated fully\-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and the privacy of the fourth floor \(no one above\!\), you will have all the makings for a memorable Sanibel vacation\.  The large living room/dining room areas opens to a spacious screened\-lanai where you can relax and enjoy the peace of Sanibel\.  Units are non\-smoking and are decorated and equipped for your enjoyment including central air, 3 flat\-screen TVs, satellite TV and WiFi\.  The master bedroom has a king bed, twin beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room\.   On arrival your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee\.  Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your convenience\.\.\.\.all you need is your toothbrush\!    Beach towels are available for purchase or rent in the on\-site office\.  This lovely unit is just around the corner from our crystal clear heated pool and a short walk to the beach, and we are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and several restaurants, plus immediate access to the Sanibel Island fabulous bike trails\! Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4\. A $30daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1\-time extra linen charge of $35\.00 will apply\.  Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants\.  NO PETS\.
