Family fun starts here at Topflite 28\! This cozy, dog\-friendly, single\-level home sleeps 8 and was made for making memories\. With an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and lodge\-style warmth, it's perfect for game nights, shared meals, and relaxing after adventure\-filled days\.

This home has three bedrooms, all nicely spaced for privacy\. Bedroom one is a queen bedroom adjacent to the full hall bathroom\. Down the hall is a spacious king ensuite bedroom with private bathroom and double doors giving access to the back deck and hot tub\. Bedroom three is a queen ensuite with private bath and deck access as well\. In addition, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room\. All bedrooms feature their own TV, including 2 Smart TVs, 2 Flat Screens, and 3 DVD players\. In the garage you’ll find Ping Pong and 4 adult bikes\.

Kids \(and grown\-ups\) will love the ping pong table and cruising the trails on 4 included bikes\. Parents will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, wood\-burning fireplace, and private hot tub under the stars\.

Grill dinners on the back deck, soak up the mountain air, or unwind with a movie—each bedroom has its own TV, and there's even a sleeper sofa for bonus guests\.
