Tormenta 202 Second Floor Suite

The second floor of a private three\-story building steps from the Marina Puerto Los Cabos\. Three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to a private pool and rooftop that belong exclusively to Tormenta guests\.

Tormenta 202 sits at the center of a boutique residential building completed in 2024\. It functions as a fully independent 3\-bedroom suite — its own kitchen, its own living area, its own bedrooms — while giving guests access to the building's private pool and rooftop terrace, which are inaccessible to anyone outside the property\. The full building can also be booked together with the floors above and below for groups up to 18\.

Modern Design / Architecture

Tormenta 202 has the most spacious living room configuration of the three suites\. A wide sofa and large Smart TV face the room across an open plan that connects naturally to the dining area and kitchen\. The nautical art theme — marlin prints, a dolphin sculpture, ceramic fish — is consistent with the rest of the building, as are the travertine tile floors and dark mahogany cabinetry\. The guest bath on this floor has a diamond\-pattern travertine tile border, its own quiet distinction from the floors above and below\.

Living Spaces

Open living and dining with a natural flow between the sofa, dining table, and kitchen\. Split A/C keeps the common areas comfortable throughout the day\. At this floor level, the windows begin to open toward the palm canopy and sky, with the quality of light noticeably different from the ground floor\.

Bedrooms

Three queen bedrooms, each with individual A/C\. The primary bedroom has the warmest furniture in the building — a solid walnut headboard with matching nightstands and ceramic lamps\. The decorative plate wall art is different in each room, a detail that keeps the spaces distinct\.

Kitchen
