Nine bedrooms, three independent kitchens, a private pool, and a rooftop terrace with a full bar and views that sweep across the Sea of Cortez, the marina, the city, and the sierra\. Completed in summer 2024, Tormenta was built for the kind of trips that require real space: multi\-family getaways, large friend groups, sport fishing crews, corporate retreats, or any gathering where people want their own floor but don't want to be split across three different properties\. Modern Design / Architecture The building has a Baja coastal identity expressed in its materials and detail work rather than any single dramatic gesture\. Nautical artwork — marlin prints, ceramic fish, anchor motifs — carries a consistent coastal thread from the ground floor to the rooftop without becoming a theme\. Each floor has its own character\.
