Contact us for monthly rental rates\!Townsend Place is located on the banks of Beaver Creek next to a childrenâ€\~s park\.This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a large master suite with a king size bed\. Also to note, is a flat screen TV with HD in the living area and a queen sofa sleeper for a little extra sleeping space\. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, one of the largest hot tubs in Beaver Creek on site, and building\-wide free wifi\. Ski\-In/Out access is via the Elkhorn Chairlift \(\#14\)\. All of this is located just a short three minute walk to the center of Beaver Creek Village\. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $100 will be added to the cost of any reservation\. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived\.
