## Description
Very comfortable and tastefully decorated luxury 1800 square foot  townhome 1/4 mile from the base area\.  
You will enjoy the two story cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams and a direct view of the ski area from the expansive picture windows in the living and dining rooms of this top floor condo\.  The kitchen has plenty of counterspace and everything needed to make an elaborate meal\.  Enjoy cozying up in front of the gas fireplace or take in the fresh air and views from the private balcony\.

The two bedrooms with queen beds share a full hall bathroom\.  The room at the end of the hall offers two sets of bunk beds \(both twin over twin\) and has an en\-suite bath\.  The primary suite is sure to please\.  Complete with a king size bed with memory foam topper and plenty of storage space, it has a five piece en\-suite bathroom\.  There’s also a Pack\-n\-Play for those traveling with future skiers and a portable twin mattress in the closet\. You will find two more rooms with queen beds in each\. Full restroom in hallway and set of washer and dryer\. Full kitchen with all the appliances you need and a big beautiful living room with large TV and balcony\.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter\.  This sheet\-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience\.  

Underground parking for small vehicles\.  There are two flights of stairs to reach the condo \(the first flight exits to the outdoors/loading zone \(which also has steps\), then a second set to the condo\)  Shared hot tub\.  The perfect place for one, two, or even three families\.

Due to HOA rules we are not allowed to store or use propane tanks larger than 2\.5 lbs\. If you want to use the BBQ, you will need to bring your own propane to the property \(no larger than 2\.5 lbs\)

 We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area\. We do not allow any open fire on property\. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on\-site for luggage storage\.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people\.  An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests\. \(will be added when we confirm the reservation\)

Winter Park Resort is just 0\.8 miles away\. The resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities\. The swimming pool and gym are just 3\.8 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock\-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground\. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar\.  Safeway grocery store is 9 miles away in the town of Fraser
