## Description
This open\-floor concept condo is centrally located within Winter Park\.  Close to the town park and festivals, the Lift bus station, and Cooper Creek shopping center while still being just minutes away from Winter Park Resort\.  This condo is in the perfect location for both summer and winter getaways\.  

The unit is on the second floor \(there is elevator access\)\.  Upon entry, you'll find a large closet to store luggage and winter coats\.  There is a ski locker for ski storage located outside the front door\.  The primary bedroom features a king bed and Roku TV\.  There is a small windowless room that offers a full over full bunk bed and TV\.  The living room features a brand new \(year 2022\) sleeper sofa and Roku TV\.  The balcony opens up to a beautiful view of the river where you're likely to find moose in the early morning and dusk hours\.  

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter\.  This sheet\-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience\. 

The Clubhouse offers two outdoor grills\.  There is a lounge area, outdoor year\-round swimming pool, and fitness center\.

This is a new property for us, so please don't be discouraged by the lack of reviews\.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on\-site for luggage storage\. 

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area\. We do not allow any open fire on property\. Use of propane BBQ is allowed\.

Winter Park Resort is just 4\.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family\. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities\. The swimming pool and gym are just 2\.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground\. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar\.  Safeway grocery store is 2\.6 miles away in the town of Fraser\.
