## Description
This charming and expansive pet friendly three bedroom unit is located in the very center of downtown Winter Park\.  The Trailhead Lodge unit offers a stunning view from the back deck overlooking the Winter Park Ski Resort and downtown area\.  It serves as an excellent location for enjoying morning coffee, featuring an outdoor dining area and provides a perfect vantage point for appreciating the evening sunsets\.
Families or small groups will appreciate the additional bedding and contemporary ambiance\.  The main great room features hardwood flooring throughout, complemented by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for four\. The main dining area boasts a spacious table with bench seating and seamlessly connects to the living area, which is adorned with numerous windows to take in the view, a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace, access to a private balcony and vaulted ceilings\. Please note that there is no air conditioning\.
The primary bedroom features a King\-sized bed\.  The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen and a twin daybed, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds arranged as custom bunks along with a futon\.  The unit includes two full bathrooms, both of which are accessible from the main hallway and have been renovated to include granite vanity countertops and tiled shower/tub combinations\. 
Situated on the third floor of the building, guests may utilize the shared elevator for convenient access\. PARKING: Only two designated spots are available\. 
The complex is ideally situated adjacent to the Rendezvous Event Center, which hosts a variety of music, culinary, and fitness events throughout the summer\. In the winter, the Rendezvous Event Center transforms into a sledding hill suitable for individuals of all ages\. Guests can conveniently stroll the half block to Main Street in the downtown area or utilize the complimentary town shuttle, making it an excellent ski getaway or summer retreat for couples or small families\.
The Trailhead Lodge clubhouse offers a variety of on\-site amenities, including an outdoor grilling area, a game room, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, available throughout the year\.
Smoking is prohibited\.  The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association explicitly forbids guests from smoking on the premises\. These regulations are rigorously enforced\.  Any guests found smoking on the property will incur a fine of 200 for each day of violation\.
