You will immediately feel at ease when you arrive with plenty of room to relax inside or outdoors\. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large open kitchen, two living rooms and a lovely back patio and fenced yard\. The house is minutes from downtown, Snowbowl, and many recreational hiking and biking trails\. There are so many reasons to choose this home for your stay in Flagstaff\. First off, the home is just simply comfortable\. You walk into the living room that has great light and plenty of seating to watch movies or your favorite internet choices\. There is a variety of artwork that adorns the walls, colors that are easy on the eyes and soft touches everywhere you look\. There are hardwood floors throughout most of the home with tile in the bathrooms and kitchen\. Further into the home, you will see the second living area that flows into the large, open kitchen with plenty of space to cook, and entertain\. You are just minutes away from the Schultz Creek recreation area that boasts miles and miles of some of the best singletrack in Arizona\.
