Welcome to Trailside Treasure\! Newly constructed in 2023, the nautical decor was thoughtfully curated for your beach vacation\. Three stories of living space offer guests the option to spread out or gather together in the open kitchen/family room\. The home sits steps away from a community pool\. The neighborhood is next to the Van Buren Trail for biking/hiking\.  Located just 0\.5 miles to the "blue stairs" beach access \(South Beach\) and Kid's Corner Park; 1 mile to downtown South Haven\.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check\-in date
